About the session
This workshop brings together EU and US (Gulf Coast) key stakeholders to discuss critical actions needed to accelerate the transatlantic trade of hydrogen and its derivatives. The opening will be done by the CEO of the Port of Rotterdam.
Objectives:

  • Strengthen transatlantic partnerships to ensure market certainty and scalable hydrogen supply chains.
  • Discuss low-carbon hydrogen and derivatives policy and regulation.
  • Launch actionable initiatives:
    - An update of the market scan report to assess opportunities and barriers in the NL-US hydrogen corridor 
    - The signing of a cooperation agreement between NLHydrogen and the Gulf Energy Catalyst to establish a dedicated Taskforce.
